Livestream (27/02/2021)

Yesterday I took part in “Don’t Drink and Live!” with Kent Shawn, Bethany J. Votaw and Colin Clark, which was a wonderful discussion of writing topics with some live flash-fiction writing and reading from both the on-screen audience and viewers in the chat.

I was delighted to be included in this and look forward to more of these in the future! It was lots of fun to chat craft with some really talented people and engage with the community!

Livestream (08/02/2021)

A few days ago I was part of a panel celebrating the first anniversry on YouTube of Reverence of the Daleks, a Doctor Who fan-film written and produced by me. I was joined by Charlie Ross (Captain Reynolds), Mark Lever (Director of Photography and Editor), and Gary Thomas (Director).

Newsletter Announcement

Happy New Year! I’m really excited by the prospects 2021 holds. After a year that I think we’d all rather forget, I’m ready to put my plans into action.

I’m very excited to have drawn up a provisional release schedule for this year! I’ve decided that, in preparation, I will now be doing a monthly(ish) newsletter.

You may be thinking, how quaint? I was initially sceptical too, but I think it’s a great tool to increase my reach for my ambitious plans. What will I be including in this?

  • Project updates on what I’m working on this year that I’m not quite able to shout about publicly, and snippets of early drafts and ideas.
  • Personal updates from me so you can hear directly what I’m upto – including what I’m reading, playing, listening to – any or all of the above!
  • Exclusive fiction releases in the form of monthly flash fiction I won’t be publishing anywhere else except directly to you, as a way of thanking you for your support!
  • Information on new releases so you get the news first.

Previously, I’ve erred people to subscribe to my website updates through WordPress and via email; this is an option that will absolutely remain for those that wish to get my latest posts direct to their inbox.

Update: if you are subscribed on WordPress or by email for new blogposts, you are not automatically subscribed to the newsletter – it is your choice, but if you wish to receive this, please enter your email below!

I will also not be slowing down on public blogposts – I hope to have a lot to share this year, and 2020 was the most successful year on my website for a good while – but I want to be able to start to connect and foster an audience through this going forward, so I sincerely hope you will be happy to lend me your support!

If you wish to sign up to my newsletter, please go to my Newsletter signup page (or use the form below) and enter your email address and I hope to be able to address you directly very soon!

Success! You're on the list.
