It is what the title says it is.

For the last couple of weeks or so I’ve been happily reading the draft of my new grand space opera The World Eaters and I have to say, after not touching it since November (when I wrote it), it’s literally felt like a brand new book. I’m absolutely loving it and can’t wait to get stuck into working on it again; if you’ve read Colonisation, you’re in for a surprise with TWE, as I’ve thrown caution to the wind and started constructing a whole universe I’m sure you’ll be eager to explore!

Anyway, as a bit of a treat, I’ve polished up the prologue to The World Eaters and present it to you here. I’m sure it needs some work still, but I don’t want to just tweak it out of recognition; have a read and let me know what you think! :-)
